Central High School Athletics
 

     The Sussex Central High School JV and Varsity Athletic programs exist for any student who has met the Virginia High School League (VHSL) eligibility requirements and any Athletic Department regulations as set forth by the administration. The Athletic Department seeks student athletes who are willing to act and do those things that will make them more productive citizens, and who are willing to eliminate those behaviors the will cause an unfavorable attitude toward themselves, the athletic program, and the school. Athletes should realize the standards for them in character, attitude, and discipline are the highest of any group, and it is the responsibility of the athlete to live up to these standards or risk the loss of the opportunity to participate.
