As a friendly reminder, tomorrow, Tuesday, January 13th, will be an early release for students. On Wednesday, January 14th, school will be closed to students for professional development training for teachers. Also, don't forget to join us this Friday, January 16, 2026, for our 2nd Nine Weeks Awards Ceremony. The times are located on the flyer. Please help us celebrate our students' academic, attendance, and behavioral accomplishments!

As scheduled on the district’s calendar, tomorrow, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, is an early release day. Sussex Central Middle School and Sussex Central High School will dismiss at 12:15 p.m., and Sussex Central Elementary School will dismiss at 12:30 p.m.
Schools will also be closed for students on Wednesday, January 14, 2026!

Winter Break Notification: All schools and district offices will be closed for Winter Break from Monday, December 22, 2025, to January 3, 2026. Schools will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026!

SCMS Afterschool Bus Update: Please be advised that Sussex Central Middle School will hold the 21st Century Program today. Due to other school events, students may arrive home later than normal from the afterschool program tonight.
