In anticipation of the upcoming football, marching band, cheer, volleyball, and golf camps, we kindly request donations of water and Gatorade. We will start accepting donations on June 30, 2025. Sussex Education Foundation, Inc. held its 12th Annual Golf Tournament at Sleepy Hole Golf Course in Suffolk, Virginia on Saturday, June 21, 2025. It was a wonderful day of educational and golf excellence! We thank all of our partners, participants, staff, and community for supporting the vision and for participating in such a special event that impacts the lives of our students for years and generations to come. Operations Job Fair!
In Virginia, SUN Meals are free, nutritious meals and snacks offered to children aged 18 and under during the summer months at schools, parks, and other community locations. There is no application or registration required, and children can simply attend the designated meal sites to receive their meals. Please see below for SCPS's Sun Meal distribution schedule.

Medical personnel will be present at Sussex Central High School on Monday, June 2, 2025, to conduct student physical examinations. Each physical examination will incur a fee of $10.00 and will take place during the school hours. For any inquiries, please reach out to AD Nixon at 434-246-6051.
